Massage in Ottawa — osteopathic & relaxation

Massage in Ottawa — osteopathic and relaxation massage

Warm, slow, unhurried massage in a small, calm studio in Ottawa, built on twenty years of spa and sauna craft. Massage here comes in two branches — the difference is intent, not comfort.

Osteopathic Massage

Massage as a particular case of osteopathic treatment: the same soft-tissue and stretching work you already know, applied with a wider goal — easing the cause of your tension, not just the sore spot. Assessment-led, and covered by many extended-health plans.

Relaxation Massage

Pure wellness work, with one goal: switching your nervous system out of "fight" and into "rest". Pick the style that suits you.

Insurance: Osteopathic Massage is eligible under many extended health plans, with a DOMP receipt. Relaxation massages are wellness sessions and aren't claimed as treatment.
